First room unclean upon arrival!!! Noise from the pool area is unbearable, even on higher floors!!! Automating sliding doors with no reintegration warning is a risky oversight!!!

The experience started well with the friendly

check-in staff, making us feel welcomed right from the start. However, the lack of a shuttle service at early hours was disappointing, and a homeless encounter outside made the check-out at 5:30 am quite unsettling.

The staff was attentive! Every morning, the breakfast spread was impressive, pancakes and fresh fruit—definitely a great start for my kids before we hit the parks. The room was spacious. We had a lovely mountain view, really enhanced our stay.

The room was spacious, featuring a comfortable bed and a delightful view of the mountains. The air conditioning quickly cooled the room, which was perfect given the hot weather outside. However, the breakfast offered was disappointing with limited options, and I encountered a concerning situation with the hotel's security at early hours. It would be beneficial for the hotel to properly inform guests about access after exiting.

The stay was excellent, from the thoughtful room placement near the jacuzzi for my wife's knee therapy to the exceptional cleanliness throughout the hotel. The lobby and our room were immaculate, and the staff was friendly and attentive. We were pleasantly surprised by the diverse options available for decaf coffee, which was a nice touch. The pool area was clean, and enjoying Netflix on the smart TV was a great way to unwind at the end of the day.

No notable negatives were experienced during the stay.
